This page explains Fewertools' proposed safe product rules. It is general information, not a decision that a particular use is lawful and not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
Copyright and permission
Copyright can protect video, images, scripts, artwork, music, sound recordings, animation, characters, and other original expression. Buying access, finding a public post, or downloading a copy does not necessarily grant permission to reproduce, adapt, publish, or use it commercially.
You need ownership, a licence, permission, or an applicable legal exception that covers the exact use. Exceptions differ by jurisdiction and are fact-specific. When permission is uncertain, use an original, licensed, public-domain, or otherwise authorized source.
Face, voice, performance, and identity
A person's image, voice, name, performance, and identity can involve privacy, publicity, passing off, consumer protection, performer, and other rights. You must have the consent and authority required for the planned use. Consent for one recording, platform, territory, or purpose may not cover another.
Fewertools will refuse non-consensual intimate content, deceptive impersonation, biometric identification, sensitive-trait inference, fraud, harassment, and unsafe exploitation. A safer route may replace the person with a fictional or user-owned character and a consented or synthetic voice.
Music and sound
A track can involve separate rights in the composition, lyrics, recording, performance, and synchronization with video. A platform's music library may license use only within that platform. Owning a file or subscription is not always a licence for export, advertising, client work, or commercial distribution.
Use music and sound that your intended output, platform, territory, and business purpose permit. If those rights are unclear, replace the track with appropriately licensed or generated audio and keep the licence record.
Logos, products, and visible brands
Logos, packaging, product design, trade dress, and other brand assets can create trademark, copyright, endorsement, or passing-off concerns. Do not imply a relationship, sponsorship, or approval that does not exist. Use your own assets, obtain permission, or replace the brand with a generic or fictional alternative.
What your confirmation means
When an approved source method requires confirmation, you will be asked to confirm that you own the source or are authorized to use it for the requested analysis and intended result. Fewertools records the statement version, covered operations, and confirmation time. We may ask about the source, people, music, brands, licence limits, audience, platform, and commercial use.
A confirmation is not a transfer of ownership and does not make an unauthorized use lawful. False confirmations can lead to refused processing, deletion, suspension, termination, or a response under the Takedown Policy.
Technique transfer and synthetic disclosure
Make is intended to help transfer production techniques such as structure, pacing, framing, camera movement, lighting, and workflow. It does not promise exact identity replication or legal clearance. Routes should replace controlled elements where needed and label synthetic or materially altered content when law, a platform, or the context requires it.
Supported jurisdictions
Make public acquisition is currently supported in no jurisdiction while specialist review is pending. Rights vary by country, location, audience, and distribution platform. Before opening Make, Fewertools will publish supported jurisdictions and any stricter local rules. See the public supported countries and local terms.
